Middle Island Point Campers Association is governed by what are known as the Association’s “Control Documents”. The Control Documents contain several sections. Central to these are:
The Articles of Incorporation - These set up the original corporation. To view the AOI and it’s amendments, click here.
The Bylaws - These are designed to provide the necessary Corporate structure of the Association, and define the role of the Board of Directors in overseeing the operation of MIPCA.
The Rules - These are designed to provide the governing framework for what activities or behaviors are permitted, restricted and/or prohibited by the members of MIPCA and their guests.
